Pre-Launch & Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have placed a pre-order during our pre-launch campaign, you are eligible for a 100% full refund at any time before the product officially ships.
- To cancel your pre-order and request a refund before shipment, simply email us at support@onvessi.com with your order number.
Standard Returns (Post-Launch)
Due to strict federal and international health and hygiene regulations governing intimate and adult novelty products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products where the original packaging or hygienic tamper-evident seal has been opened, broken, or altered in any way.
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it, enclosed in its original retail packaging with the factory hygienic seal completely intact.
Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty Cover)
If your item arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing/technical defect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please email support@onvessi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video proof of the defect.
- For verified defects, we will provide a brand-new replacement device or a full refund at no additional cost to you, in compliance with consumer protection standards.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received at our US fulfillment center and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the seal.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe, credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment issuer's policies.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item (except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
