Pre-Order & Launch Shipping Timelines
Because Onvessi is currently in its pre-launch phase, items available for purchase are handled as Pre-Orders.
- Estimated Ship Date: Pre-ordered items are estimated to begin shipping on the date specified on the product page.
- Once the product officially launches and standard inventory is available, our regular shipping policy (detailed below) will apply.
Shipment Processing Time (Standard Orders)
Once standard sales are live, all orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US federal holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of shipments, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Estimated)
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (Estimated)
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier congestion, or severe weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the United States, Onvessi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Discrete Packaging
Due to the highly intimate nature of our wellness products, we strictly prioritize your privacy. All Onvessi orders are shipped in 100% discrete, plain packaging with no brand logos, product graphics, or product descriptions on the outside of the box. The sender name on the shipping label will be displayed as a neutral logistics partner or fulfillment center name.
